What about bad weather?
Florida sunshine is a huge component of my style of photography, and it’s definitely worth waiting for a lovely day! I keep a look out of the weather leading up to the day of the shoot and call it if needed about 1 - 2 hours before the scheduled session time. If you have makeup/hair scheduled we can decide our next move earlier in the day if needed. We will then reschedule the session to a later time.
What is your turn around time?
Most of the time it takes me between 2-3 weeks to have the photos ready to upload for delivery. (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story.)
Do you give prints?
No I do not but I am more than happy to suggest you my favorite print shops!
Is a retainer fee required?
Yes, I set aside time for you. If you decide to cancel the shoot, it's difficult to quickly find another client to fill the spot. Therefore, I require a non re-fundable retainer fee along with a general contract proir to shoots in case of cancellation. The cost is $85 for all types of photoshoots. Nothing is booked until you pay your deposit & signed contract.
Can you provide me with the raw, unedited photos?
I cannot. I spend hours carefully editing my photos, and the unedited ones simply do not represent my brand.
What is the editing process like?
Retouching/photoshop?
Portrait sessions include editing which consist of changes to the color, skin smoothing crop, contrast, & exposure at the photographers discretion. Portrait sessions do not include body retouching. I only remove any visible common problems such as, bruises, scratches, and acne. I am all for body positivity and the idea of heavy retouching and body modifications is not my cup of tea :/ I want to capture the true authentic version of you!
What about in studio sessions?
If you'd like your session to be at a studio, please note that studios charge a fee that is an additional charge to my regular portrait pricing. After booking additional fees will be added upon studio request.

How will the photos be delivered?
How will the photos be delivered?
You will receive an email with a link to your gallery through a cite called Pixieset. You will be able to download all your photos at full quality.
What should I wear?
Don't worry girl. I got you. Neutrals are preferred BUT ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL MORE YOU BECAUSE IT’S YOUR YOU-niverse! I'm more than happy to send any inspo to help you with outfits! I want you to feel like the most authentic version of yourself! SO YAS SHOW THAT SKIN, ROCK ANY COLOR
Do you send all the photos?
The photos I take that I am proud of I will most definitely send! You can expect 60+ photos per hour of shooting. I would never hold back a photo you look amazing in!
Traveling Fee?
Traveling fee is applied outside of local area: Labelle, Florida. My travel fee is a minimum of $50 it is calculated at $0.65 per mile (round trip)
What is your style like??
I strive for documentary meets editorial approach during any session, by utilizing a mix of digital film and Polaroid to maintain the timeless feel
I am committed to delivering true to color images using natural lighting while still giving that artistic filmy look. I can describe my images as "timeless" and "soft" because of the values I hold in my editing. I go through each photo individually and edit for light and color, punchy contrast with a bit of warmth. My photos are edited to be timeless because they will be seen by future generations to come.
BOOKING A SESSION
As soon as you are interested in booking a session, book through my site or shoot me an email. I will reach out to discuss all the specifics of what you are looking for with your photo session once you book, answer questionnaire, sign your contract and pay your retainer fee to secure your spot. Some things we will solidify in your questionnaire are what type of photos you’d like (portrait, branding, etc), what location you are interested in to find the best fit for the feel you are aiming for and when is the best time for your photos. I require a $85 retainer fee before hand. Once the retainer fee is paid, your session is booked.
YOUR PHOTO SESSION
We will meet at the selected location at the scheduled time, go over any special photo requests or needs you have, and then get shooting! We will do lots of different poses, backgrounds, and walk around our location to get new perspectives. I try to keep things relaxed, talk about you, fav artists and hobbies and try not to make it all about posing or stiff smiles. I like to capture the candid moments just as much as the smiling-at-the-camera moments. I’m happy to accommodate any fun posing ideas you have, or any props you’d like to incorporate that represent you. At the end of the session, I’ll answer any last questions and then we’re all finished! The following are a couple tid bits of information that can make your photo experience more enjoyable
-Please remember the weather. If it is hot, you may want to bring a water bottle; cold, maybe a jacket between shots.
-Please feel free to bring any props that you find fun (I’ve had people bring sunglasses, hats, bicycles, signs, dogs, and even horses!).
-If you are planning a clothing change, remember that it may need to be done in the car as many locations are remote
AFTER YOUR SESSION
As soon as your session is over, I transfer your photos onto my computer with double backup, and begin editing. It takes about three weeks or less to edit and prepare your gallery. At that point, I will send you an email with your gallery link. My goal is to give you natural, timeless photography that captures your unique personality. That means that through my editing process, my goal is to make your photos look as natural as possible while still making you look 110% your best. There are beautiful editing techniques out there, and they are changing all the time, however, I want you to look back on your photos in 50 years and be just as impressed with them as you are now. Just like fashion, editing styles become dated. But I feel that photos with natural colors, simple editing, and using light and color to capture beautiful photos, instead of heavy post-processing, will give you a priceless gift that will last generations. Through all that, I want to capture your real personality and relationships through the images. You will of course get the traditional “everyone smiling at the camera photo,” but you will also get photos of you laughing, interacting with your loved ones, being silly, and just basically pictures of your true self.
